Information we collect

We process account details such as company code, name, email address, role, and authentication information. We also process the business information entered into ForzaPOS, including branches, products, sales, purchases, inventory, suppliers, customers, receipts, expenses, and reports. Our infrastructure may record technical and security information such as IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, and error logs.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and synchronize the POS service across web and Android, protect accounts, maintain and improve the service, respond to support requests, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Service providers and payments

ForzaPOS uses Supabase for authentication and cloud data, Vercel for website and API hosting, Resend for transactional emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect registration from abuse. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services.

Google Play handles Android subscription payments; PayPal handles payments initiated independently on our website. ForzaPOS does not collect or store payment card numbers. We process subscription purchase tokens, product and plan identifiers, transaction references, subscription status and expiry dates to verify purchases, restore access and prevent fraud. PayPal may also provide the payer email address.

For Google Play purchases, we send a hashed company identifier and a checkout identifier to associate the purchase with the correct ForzaPOS account. We use Google Play purchase verification and real-time notifications to keep subscription access current.

Sharing and sale of data

We share information only with service providers that help operate ForzaPOS, when required by law, or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention, security, and deletion

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for service, security, legal, and accounting purposes. We use safeguards including encrypted network connections and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

ForzaPOS is a business service and is not directed to children.
